Journee Bees Village is a faith-based, 501(c)(3) organization committed to breaking the cycle of generational poverty by discovering the purposes of existing human capital, access to educational pathways, economic advancement and collaboration with diverse community resources to accomplish common core goals.
Journee Bees Village was created in response to the growing number of families experiencing economic distress through decades of generational inheritance. Our comprehensive service model was designed using research collected on the issues of poverty and wellness.
We have implemented the Eight Dimensions of Wellness Model developed by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA): emotional, spiritual, intellectual, physical, environmental, financial, occupational, and social. Our integrative approach to service delivery comprise of elements that impact the total wellness of individuals, families and communities.

Bees pay homage to the bee colony. Bees symbolize community and productivity.
Community is coming together as a global team, understanding the purposes of individuals and creating environments for success.
Productivity is working in unison to complete a common goal.
As individuals occupying temporary space on earth, we must all carry out a specific purpose, and it is up to us to ensure the conditions of the earth are conducive for each of us to thrive.
